About the role

n

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you'll be key to ensuring products are received, assembled, and dispatched accurately, while supporting the sales function through quoting and customer enquiries where needed.

n





Your day-to-day responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

n

- picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders accurately
n
- booking and coordinating freight across multiple carriers
n
- receiving and processing incoming overseas container deliveries
n
- conducting regular stock takes and inventory reporting
n
- product assembly and kit formation to customer specifications
n
- answering phone and email enquiries professionally
n
- preparing commercial quotations from tender documents and project requirements (full training provided)
n
- maintaining an organised and safe warehouse environment
n

What we're looking for

n

Full Australian working rights essential

n

Warehouse, trade distribution or logistics experience essential

n

Strong attention to detail & ability to perform manual handling tasks

n

Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude

n

Experience with freight booking platforms or transport management systems

n

Basic quoting or sales support experience advantageous

n

Forklift licence (LF) advantageous

n

Plumbing, HVAC or building services industry experience advantageous.
