We are looking for a passionate cook to join our long day care centre at Delahey, who enjoy presentation of food and nutritious meals that make a difference in Children's lives. Be a part of Children wellbeing by preparing fresh, delicious meals in a protected and welcoming environment.

We'd love to hear from you:
n
Ability to cater for dietary needs, medical conditions and follow high standards of food safety.
n
Develop seasonal menus aligned with Nutrition Australian guidelines.
n
Order food supplies and managing stock levels.
n
Work collaboratively with educators to support healthy eating practices and special centre events.
n
Maintain accurate kitchen records, including leaning schedules, food temperatures and allergy management documentation.
n
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
n
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (Level 2)
n
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates
n
Current Working with Children Check
n
National Police Check
n
Full working rights in Australia.
n
Experience working in a childcare, kindergarten, School, hospitality or aged care setting
n
Understanding of the National Quality Framework and National Quality Standards.
