No Experience? No Problem!

n

Our Car to Bus Licence Upgrade Program gives you everything you need to kickstart your driving career.

n

We'll pay you while you train to upgrade your car licence to a Medium Rigid (MR) licence, followed by a five‐week hands‐on induction that combines classroom learning with on‐road experience.

n

You'll also receive ongoing mentoring and support for 12 months as you work towards a nationally recognised qualification, all while earning and gaining valuable real‐world experience.

All you need to bring is a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for helping people get where they need to go.

Who We're Looking For

n

You don't need bus driving experience, just the right attitude and a few key essentials:

n

n
- Great people skills and a customer-first mindset
n
- Held a Tasmanian Driver's Licence for at least 2 years
n
- Willing to obtain a Tasmanian Driving Authorisation
n
- Willing to complete a pre-employment physical and medical check
n
- Full Australian working rights
n
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
n
- Please note you must be available to attend an assessment centre on the 3rd of June 2026.

- This position will be commencing Mid July 2026
