Strathmore Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant/Dispensary Assistant.

Position is part time, with some flexibility of days/hours. Previous pharmacy experience is preferred.

We have an opportunity for a friendly, reliable, energetic and customer-focused Pharmacy/Dispensary Assistant who is looking to grow their career in community pharmacy. You will be supported with ongoing development opportunities, including training and mentoring from our pharmacists.

In this role, you'll play a key part in creating a welcoming and supportive experience for our customers. As a member of our team you will be one of the first points of contact for customers, creating a welcoming and skilled experience from the moment they enter the pharmacy.

In this role, you will:

n





Deliver outstanding customer service and support retail sales.

n

Provide advice to customers within your training, with support from pharmacists.

n

Assist pharmacists in the dispensary, including stock management and dose administration aids.

n

Maintain high standards of merchandising and store presentation.

n

Support daily operations, including stock handling and general housekeeping.

n

Opportunities for further training will be provided, however previous experience using Fred would be advantageous.
