The Role

n

Reporting directly to the Head of Development, you will step into a pivotal senior position within a dynamic development team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be both a mentor and a doer - guiding and developing junior team members while actively managing your own portfolio of projects from end to end.

You will take ownership across the full development lifecycle, including:

n

- Actively sourcing and evaluating acquisition opportunities and new sites
n
- Managing feasibility, due diligence and negotiation through acquisition
n
- Overseeing design development and stakeholder engagement
n
- Navigating town planning processes from lodgement to approval
n
- Delivering projects through construction to practical completion
n
- Collaborating with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders throughout every phase
n

To be successful in this role you will ideally bring:

n

n
- Demonstrated experience managing projects across the full development lifecycle
n
- Exposure to smaller-scale or staged developments (highly regarded)
n
- Experience working with retail, commercial or industrial assets, including an understanding of leasehold agreements and tenant management
n
- The ability to engage and influence a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
n
- A degree in Property, Planning, Construction, or a related discipline
n
- Exceptional energy, professionalism and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
n
