About The Company

A well-established Building Services consultancy that's been operating in Sydney for over 30 years. With around 50 engineers across three offices, they've built an excellent reputation and have a solid pipeline of repeat work from some of Australia's leading property and construction businesses.

Their bread and butter is refurbishment and fit-out projects, but they also act as landlord representatives on a range of commercial assets, carrying out tenant fit-out reviews, condition assessments and minor works. It's a varied workload that gives engineers exposure to much more than just design.

About The Role

n

This is a great opportunity for an Intermediate Electrical Design Engineer looking to continue developing within a supportive consultancy environment.

n

You'll Work Across Projects From Concept Through To Completion, Giving You Exposure To The Full Design Lifecycle Rather Than Just One Stage Of a Project. Day To Day You'll Be Involved In

n

- Lighting, small power and general electrical services design
n
- Site inspections and client meetings
n
- Coordination with architects,



contractors and other Building Services disciplines
n
- Technical documentation and project delivery
n
- Condition assessments and landlord representative work
n

n

Skills & Experience

n

We're keen to speak with engineers who have:

n

n
- Around 3-6 years' experience within Electrical Building Services Design
n
- A good understanding of Australian Standards and the NCC
n
- Experience delivering commercial, refurbishment or fit-out projects
n
- Experience using industry-standard electrical design software
n
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
n
- A genuine interest in developing your client-facing and project management skills
n
