Manly Road 24hr Veterinary Hospital is seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Client Support Team Members to join our busy front-of-house team across full-time, part-time and casual positions.

n

Our Client Support Team is an integral part of the hospital, providing exceptional customer service, supporting clients with information and guidance and managing a high volume of calls and enquiries from our clients.

n

About You

n

This is a challenging and rewarding role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoys being part of a busy team.

n

As a key member of our front‐of‐house team, you will be responsible for helping to coordinate the flow of clients and patients through the hospital while ensuring every client receives a skilled, compassionate and positive experience. You will greet clients, manage the waiting room, book appointments, manage high volumes of phone calls and emails and process cash, EFT and insurance transactions.

We are looking for someone who:

n

- Has a warm, friendly and approachable attitude.
n
- Has basic knowledge of animal care, either through previous experience,



personal pet ownership or a genuine interest in animal health (advantageous but not essential).
n
- Can confidently multitask.
n
- Can work effectively as part of a team while also being confident working autonomously.
n
- Is a fast learner who is able to quickly develop knowledge of our systems.
n
- Has sound computer skills and is adept at learning new software.
n
- Is available to work days, evenings, weekends and public holidays as part of a rotating roster.
