About the Role

- Full-time position – Monday to Friday

- Hands-on role with scope to step intosupervisory and leadership responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

n

- Fabrication, installation, and maintenance of conveyors, fixed plant, and structural components
n
- Lead by example and mentor junior team members
n
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and additional work
n
- Engage with clients on-site to build strong working relationships
n
- Ensure work is completed to high safety and quality standards
n
- Work both independently and collaboratively within the operations team
n

About You

- Trade qualified inBoilermaking or Mechanical Fitting
n
- Solid leadership potential with the ability to guide and grow a team
n
- Proactive, business-minded, and able to identify opportunities for further work
n
- Excellent communication skills and client-facing confidence
n




- Strong mechanical aptitude with proven hands-on industry experience
n
- Commitment to safety, reliability, and quality workmanship
n
