Position Description

This Sydney-based role offers the opportunity to advise on a broad range of commercial and regulatory matters, including:

- Telecommunications and infrastructure projects
- Data governance, privacy, and AI-related matters
- Cyber incident response and regulatory engagement
- Tech outsourcing and vendor arrangements
- Digital transformation and business integrations
- Startup and innovation advisory work





You’ll work directly with multiple partners and be encouraged to explore areas of personal interest while building strong technical foundations.

Position Requirements

- 3+ years' PQE in a robust TMT practice
- Experience in Australian privacy, cyber, and data protection matters
- Skilled in drafting and negotiating complex IT and telecommunications contracts
- Strong communication, collaboration, and commercial acumen
- Admission to practise in Australia
