The Prospect

We're urgently looking for Community Support Workers living in the Northern Region ( Killara / Mosman/ Narrabeen )In this rewarding role, you'll support elderly clients to live safely and independently in their own homes—while staying connected to their community.

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Providing social support, companionship, and meaningful engagement
n
- Assisting with transport, shopping, and outings
n
- Delivering personal care with dignity and respect
n
- Supporting with domestic tasks and meal preparation
n

n

What You'll Get

- Ongoing support from experienced mentors and team leaders
n
- Paid induction and continuous training
n
- Regular weekday roster (Mon-Fri, 7am-5pm)
n
- Minimum 2 days availability required
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Caring, empathetic,



and reliable individuals
n
- Willingness to learn and grow
n
- Cert III/IV in Aged Care, Disability, Community (or studying Nursing - highly regarded)
n
- Community/aged care experience
n
- Driver's licence + reliable insured vehicle (essential)
n
- Current checks (or willingness to obtain): First Aid/CPR, Police Check, NDIS, WWCC
n
