Are you an experienced Human Resources professional who thrives on building strong partnerships, delivering sound people advice and leading HR operations with precision? We are seeking a proactive and detail‐oriented Human Resources Business Partner to join our team.

What your day will look like
n
n
- Act as a trusted partner to leaders, providing expert advice and coaching on a range of employee relations and people management matters.
n
- Lead the end‐to‐end employee lifecycle, ensuring all HR processes from recruitment through to off‐boarding are seamless, compliant and consistent.
n
- Manage and develop two HR Officers, supporting their growth while ensuring high‐quality HR service delivery.
n
- Drive continuous improvement by developing and implementing robust processes, policies and systems that support efficiency, compliance and positive employee experiences.
n
- Manage the HRIS, ensuring data integrity, accuracy of records, efficient workflow structures and reporting.
n
- Collaborate as a valued member of the People and Capability Team to support projects such as workforce planning, reward and recognition, enterprise agreement negotiations and recruitment strategies.
n
- Manage HR systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with employment legislation.
n

We are looking for someone with
n
n
- Tertiary qualifications in human resources (or a related field) and/or significant experience in a HR business‐partnering role, with a strong focus on employee relations.
n
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy, with the ability to balance operational excellence and strategic thinking.
n
- Demonstrated capability in managing and mentoring a small team.
n
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, legislation and best practice.
n
- A hands‐on approach and the confidence to work across both strategic and operational levels.
n
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office and HR systems/software.
n
n
