Inspire, support and manage our team of Educators, and run the day-to-day operations of our amazing, brand new and beautiful childcare centre, Imagine Childcare and Kindergarten Werribee.

Our exceeding centre is awaiting the right Director to lead and inspire our strong team of Educators and make it their own! This is a rare opportunity for a strong leader to join our team.

n

In your new role you will:

n

Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre in line with legislative requirements, and company policies and procedures.

n

Provide leadership, mentoring and guidance to all staff.

n

Ensure that high-quality early learningprograms are delivered by our passionate team of Educators.

n

Manage staffing rosters efficiently.

n

Effectively manage the financial requirements of the centre in line with budget guidelines.

n

Ensure that high-quality standards for centre presentation and work practices are practiced consistently.

n

Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, Educators, the local business community, and all other stakeholders.

n

Ensure you are actively attracting, converting and retaining families by effectively managing and overseeing tours, enrolments and orientation in conjunction with our Enrolments Team

n

About you

n

A Diploma in Children's Services or Early Childhood Degreeas approved by ACECQA.

n

Experience as a Centre Director in an early childhood setting.

n

Current blue card, approved first aid, CPR,



anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications..

n

Extensive understanding of the Victorian Early Years Learning Development Framework (VEYLDF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).

n

Excellent understanding of CCS and QikKids.

n

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

n

Ability to lead and mentor a team of qualified and committed early childhood professionals.

n

Willingness to undertake and coordinate ongoing professional development trainingfor Educators.

n

The ability to incorporate critical thinking and reflective practice into your day-to-day practice.
