Certificate III Trainee – Early Childhood Education and Care | West Hoxton 1

We're looking for an enthusiastic, caring and motivated individual to join our West Hoxton 1 team as a Certificate III Trainee in Early Childhood Education and Care.
n

No previous childcare experience is required - just a genuine passion for working with children and a willingness to learn.

What you'll be doing
n
Working alongside experienced educators, you'll:
n
n
- Support children's learning through engaging, play-based experiences.
n
- Assist in providing a safe,
nurturing and inclusive environment where every child feels valued.
n
- Help with daily routines, including meals, rest, personal care and transitions throughout the day.
n
- Build positive and respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
n
- Observe children's learning and contribute to documenting their development under the guidance of experienced educators.
n
- Help prepare engaging learning environments that encourage curiosity, creativity and exploration.
n
- Follow all health, safety and child protection requirements to ensure the wellbeing of every child.
n
- Participate in team meetings, professional learning and your Certificate III studies.
n

About you

We're looking for someone who:

- Has a genuine passion for working with children and supporting their learning.

- Is caring, patient, positive and enthusiastic.
n
- Is eager to learn, accepts feedback and enjoys working as part of a team.
n
- Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Is committed to completing a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
n
- Holds, or is willing to obtain, a Working With Children Check before commencing employment.
n
- Brings reliability, professionalism and a positive attitude to work every day.
