About the role

Hermitage Building Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager Medium Density to join our growing team, where you will manage resources in the construction of client homes with a major emphasis on build times while also focusing on OH&S;, quality, set claims, revenue, customer service and budgets.

Role & Responsibilities

Managing trades and suppliers in your region

n





Improve & focus on a strict build program

n

Maintain & improve our high quality end product

n

Recommend Design Changes

n

Actively source trades and maintain a strong trade base

n

Maintain OHS, claims, revenue and customer service

n

Effective and timely communication processes both internal and external
