About You

n

You're passionate about delivering high-quality care and building genuine connections with clients in both Residential Aged Care Facilities and Home and Community Care. Requirements

n

n
- Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support or equivalent
n
- Minimum of 3 months paid experience in Aged Care
n
- Valid National Police Check
n
- Fully COVID-19 vaccinated (in line with state requirements)
n
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
- Valid driver's licence, reliable vehicle, and mobile phone
n

n

Able to work in both facilities and HACC

n
