We're recruiting for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a major multi year transformation program within a leading banking environment. This opportunity is suited to a Senior Business Analyst with deep experience across unsecured lending and a track record of delivering complex transformation initiatives. Working within a large scale program, you will partner with business and technology stakeholders to support the delivery of strategic change across unsecured lending.

Key responsibilities
n

- Gather, analyse and document business requirements.
n
- Work closely with business and technology teams to support solution delivery.
n
- Contribute to a complex transformation program from planning through to implementation.
n
- Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve successful delivery outcomes.
n
n
Required experience and skills
n
n
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within banking.
n
- Strong experience across unsecured lending, including credit cards or personal loans.
n
- Experience with unsecured lending originations or migration projects.
n
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex transformation programs.
n
- Solid stakeholder engagement and requirements management skills.
