- A strong work ethic, natural leadership, and a calm, professional presence in the kitchen

- Solid leadership skills with the ability to guide, train, and support a team during both prep and service
n
- Clear communication style and cooperative approach to working with the front-of-house team
n
- Excellent standards in food quality, portioning, and presentation.
n
- Someone who is confident, willing to talk to guests and take the lead in the venue
n
- Solid understanding of inventory management, ordering, wage cost compliance and maintaining cost control
n
- A positive and proactive mindset,



with the flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced kitchen environment
