We are seeking a motivated and customer focused Customer Service Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients across Australia and Recent Zealand, assisting with Life Research's range of medical instruments and reagents. As a key point of contact, you will manage customer enquiries, process orders, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience from enquiry through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the shared customer inbox and respond to customer enquiries.
n
- Process customer orders, purchase orders, and quotations accurately.
n
- Coordinate order fulfilment with the warehouse and suppliers.
n
- Prepare sales orders, order confirmations, and service contracts.
n
- Monitor supplier orders and communicate updates to customers.
n




- Provide friendly customer support via phone and email.
n
- Prioritise daily workload to ensure timely order processing.
n
- Support the wider Customer Service team as required.
n
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
n
