Job Description

UnitingCare BlueCare Labrador is seeking a Wellness Partner to support residents' physical, emotional, social and cognitive wellbeing with person-centred wellness activities at the Labrador Aged Care Facility. You will work under the Wellness Lead to deliver inclusive programs and engage residents in meaningful activities.

The role requires Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or equivalent, with experience delivering group and 1:1 activities in aged care or community settings.
