What You'll Be Doing

- Analyse business performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Develop reports and dashboards that support strategic decision making
- Track network performance across operations, sales, safety, productivity and financial metrics
- Support business modelling, CAPEX analysis and investment decisions
- Manage and report on key business initiatives and improvement projects
- Facilitate workshops and document outcomes and actions
- Partner with leaders to improve visibility, accountability and performance
- Support safety reporting and continuous improvement initiatives




- Help drive smarter ways of working across the NSW business

Ideally, you'd also have:

- 3+ years' experience in business analysis, operations reporting, commercial analysis or a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with business reporting and performance data
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Confidence presenting insights to leaders and supporting decision making
- Robust attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset
- Experience working across multiple systems and data sources
