Responsibilities

As the Bookkeeper, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day financial operations of the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
n
- Processing weekly and fortnightly payroll accurately and on time
n
- Performing daily and monthly bank reconciliations
n
- Maintaining accurate financial records using MYOB
n
- Preparing invoices and processing supplier payments
n




- Reconciling accounts and investigating discrepancies
n
- Assisting with month-end reporting and financial administration
n
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
n
- Ensuring financial records remain accurate and compliant
n
- Providing general administrative support to the finance function
n

Your Profile

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Previous experience in a Bookkeeper position
n
- Strong working knowledge of MYOB
n
- Experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
n
- Payroll processing experience
n
- Proven experience completing bank reconciliations
n
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
n
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
n
- A proactive and professional approach to your work
n
