About Your New Role / Key Responsibilities:
n
n
- Pay rate of $76 per hour ordinary time
n
- OT pay rate after first 36 hours
n
- Rotating 7 day on/off roster
n
- Day shift roster: 6:00am - 6:00pm
n
- Provide electrical support to insulation production operations
n
- Troubleshoot machinery and operational issues
n
- Support production teams during operational breakdowns
n
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
n
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional teams
n
- Work effectively within a small maintenance team
n
- Ability to work independently when required
n
- Perform maintenance, fault finding and repair work on industrial equipment and machinery
n
n
Qualifications and Experience:
n
n
- Current Australian Electrical Licence
n
- Previous industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience
n
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
n
- Experience working with production machinery and plant equipment
n
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
n
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
n
- Ability to work both autonomously and within a team workplace
n
- Strong attention to detail
n
- Reliable and punctual
