Job Description

The Tame Fox is seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our dynamic team in Erina, NSW, 2250. As a full-time Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering exceptional food to our customers in a vibrant and fast-paced environment. The position is a full time role. We are offering the suitable candidate a base salary of $75000-83000 plus superannuation for full-time position with at least 38 hours per week.

What you'll be doing

- Executing the menu to the highest quality standards
n
- Preparing fresh, high-quality ingredients and creating innovative, flavourful dishes
n
- Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient kitchen environment
n
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate meal delivery
n
- Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations
n
- Assisting with inventory management and ordering of supplies
n
- Contributing to the development of new menu items and specials
n

What we're looking for:

- Minimum 1 year of full-time or equivalent experience as a Chef in similar restaurants or cafe
n




- Relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery and Hospitality Management
n
- Solid knowledge of variety of modern Australian cuisine and cooking techniques
n
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
n
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
n
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
n
- Passion for creating delicious, visually appealing dishes
n
- Food safety and hygiene certification
n
