Job Description

Bega Group in Melbourne invites graduates to join its 2027 Rise Graduate Program, a two-year rotational intake designed to build technical knowledge, business acumen and personal growth within a leading FMCG food and beverage business.

You'll rotate through three 8-month assignments across key functions, gain hands-on experience with supply chain planning, data analysis, and project delivery, and be supported by mentors, a rotational manager, and a solid culture of inclusion and flexibility.
