Wimmera Lutheran College - Horsham Campus is seeking a passionate Teacher – Woodwork (Design and Technology) to teach Years 6-10. Ability to teach additional STEM subjects will be considered an advantage. This role is a part-time contract position, with the potential for ongoing employment.

As a Woodwork Teacher, you will:

Deliver engaging and practical Design and Technology (Woodwork/Timber) lessons
n
Inspire creativity, innovation, and craftsmanship in students
n
Contribute to the College's supportive, faith-based learning community
n
Uphold student safety and wellbeing as a priority in all activities
n
About you
n
Registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (or eligibility)
n
Bachelor of Education degree or equivalent
n
Demonstrated ability (or willingness to train) to teach Design and Technology (Woodwork)
n
Solid classroom management, organisation and communication skills
n
A collaborative, team-focused approach
n
Supportive, faith-centred school community
n
