Senior People & Culture Business Partner | Major Infrastructure Project

A leading construction and infrastructure organisation is seeking an experienced Senior People & Culture Business Partner to support the delivery of a significant regional infrastructure project in Queensland.

n

This is a DIDO opportunity from Brisbane or surrounding areas for an accomplished P&C; professional who enjoys partnering closely with operational leaders and frontline teams within a complex, high-performing construction environment.

n

The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor across all aspects of People & Culture, including employee relations, industrial relations, workplace investigations, workforce engagement and leadership coaching.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

n
- Partnering with Supervisors, Superintendents and project leaders to provide practical P&C; advice
n
- Managing complex employee relations matters, workplace investigations and performance issues
n
- Supporting industrial relations activities within a unionised environment
n
- Coaching frontline leaders to effectively manage workforce matters
n




- Identifying workforce trends and implementing initiatives to improve culture, engagement and retention
n
- Providing leadership and guidance to P&C; team members across the project
n

About you:

n

n
- 7+ years' experience in a senior HR, People & Culture or Employee Relations role
n
- Experience supporting large-scale construction, infrastructure, energy, resources or industrial projects
n
- Strong capability managing complex ER matters and workplace investigations
n
- Sound understanding of Australian employment legislation and industrial relations frameworks
n
- Experience working in unionised environments and supporting Enterprise Agreements
n
- A confident relationship builder with the ability to influence leaders at all levels
n
