Randstad is currently working with an exciting client to find a Citrix Engineer. This is a permanent role based in Brisbane with WFH flexibility.

Role Overview

n

As a Platform Engineer, you'll contribute to the operation and continuous improvement of our Citrix Cloud DaaS infrastructure and end-user VMs, supporting the reliability, stability, and security of critical platforms.

n

Working alongside experienced engineers, you'll grow your technical expertise, contribute to improvement initiatives, and play an significant role in keeping our platforms running at their best.

n

Key Duties

n

n
- Support platform performance, stability, and security - taking ownership of your work and delivering quality outcomes
n
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance platform reliability, scalability, and efficiency
n
- Participate in technical planning discussions and contribute ideas to roadmap initiatives
n
- Collaborate with the DevOps team to support the automation of deployment and maintenance processes
n




- Assist with cloud migration activities and contribute to the evaluation of emerging technologies
n
- Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting tools to help proactively identify and resolve issues
n
- Provide technical support and guidance to Technology teams across the business
n
- Ensure adherence to security policies, industry standards, and regulations
n
- Share knowledge with team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning
n
- Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of the Infrastructure Technology knowledge base
n

Ideal Candidate

n

Non-negotiable: Demonstrated experience with Citrix Cloud.

n

Desirable: Experience with 2 or more of the following:

n

- Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
n
- Windows 365
n
- SCCM
n
- SCCS
n
- Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP)
n
- IaC and CI/CD tools (e.g. Terraform, GitLab)
n
