3 DAY IHC EDUCATOR - ECEC (15950) COBURG

3 days per week with a child aged 9 years
n Rate: $41.94 - $47.28 (L1-L3) per hour including Tax and Super (costs associated with Insurance & Workcover are taken care of by the Employer, who will also process your Tax and Super payments on your behalf)

This family would like:
n We are seeking a caring, patient, and engaging Educator to support a wonderful child in a family home environment.
n The family is looking for someone who brings a calm, consistent, and steady presence, as this plays an important role in helping the child feel protected, supported, and confident to engage in everyday experiences and learning opportunities.
n The role involves recognising the child's individual strengths, following their interests, and adapting activities to support their unique learning style.
n The family would like someone who has genuine interest in learning more about neurodiversity.
n The Educator will support the child to develop independence in everyday routines by providing encouragement,



responsive guidance, and assisting with selfcare throughout the day.
n The child has a range of interests, including gaming, cooking, riding a scooter, and visiting local parks.
n The family would love an Educator who can creatively incorporate these interests into meaningful learning experiences.

You must:

n

- Either be working towards or hold a Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care or other IHC relevant ACECQA approved qualifications e.g. Bachelor Primary Education and are registered with relevant state authority board.
n
- Provide at least 3 references.
n
- Have WWCC, Police Check, CPR and Level 2 First Aid
n
- Have a car & driver's licence
n
- Be willing to commit for at least 12 months
n
- Full working rights in Australia. (A range of visas may be considered depending on conditions and length of remaining stay - for example: visa 190 or visa 186. Applicants with 417 & 462 visas need not apply.)
