A standout opportunity for a well-connected hospitality professional to step into a partnership-driven Account Manager role within a highly established and growing business.

This is a true 50/50 split between business development and account management—giving you the opportunity to build new relationships while managing and growing an existing portfolio across Victoria.

n

You'll be out in the market, working closely with restaurants and dining venues, developing long-term partnerships and driving commercial outcomes.

Job Description:

n

- Develop and execute a strategic approach to acquiring new restaurant and dining partnerships across VIC
n
- Build and maintain a solid pipeline of target venues
n
- Prospect, negotiate, and secure new partnerships
n
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of hospitality accounts
n
- Regularly visit partners to strengthen relationships and drive engagement
n
- Renegotiate and retain key partnerships within your portfolio
n
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored marketing and partnership campaigns
n




- Present performance insights and data to partners to demonstrate value
n
- Represent the business at industry events and networking groups
n
- Handle partner queries, training, and retention conversations with a high level of service
n

n

Experience Required:

n

n
- Proven experience within hospitality, restaurants, or dining
n
- Strong network across VIC – ideally within premium / fine dining venues
n
- Background in account management and/or business development
n
- Confident in negotiating and building long-term commercial partnerships
n
- Highly driven, sales-focused, and commercially minded
n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Able to work autonomously in a WFH/on-the-road role
n
