Responsibilities

- Spearhead the day‐to‐day delivery of cutting‐edge SEO services, guiding our amazing clients to success.
n
- Mentor and develop a growing team of junior SEO specialists.
n
- Collaborate across teams to weave brilliant SEO practices into broader media strategies, delivering real, measurable results for clients.
n
- Build and nurture robust, trusted relationships with clients, becoming their go‐to leader for all things digital experience.
n
- Foster a positive and experimental team culture where new ideas in the SEO space are celebrated and brought to life.
n

Ideal Skills and Experience

n

n
- Proven experience managing and developing a team, with a genuine passion for coaching and fostering career growth.
n
- Deep, up‐to‐date knowledge of the SEO landscape, from GSO and analytics to reporting and best‐practice implementation.
n
- Comfortable managing client scopes and budgets with a keen eye for identifying opportunities to grow business.
n
- Strong communicator, confidently presenting insights in client meetings and building collaborative relationships.
n
- Process‐driven and people‐focused,



maintaining high standards while building an innovative team culture.
