Our Operations team plays a vital role in delivering exceptional client service and seamless administration across a diverse range of investment products, including equities, managed funds, structured products, and reporting services. The Role
n
We are searching for our next Equities Administrator to join a small team of hardworking individuals. This role is suitable for someone eager to build upon their already solid foundation in securities operations, trade processing, and client service. Working closely with a supportive team, you'll develop key skills in international settlements, corporate actions, and trade bookings, setting you up for a successful career in finance. To be successful in this role, you will possess sound technical knowledge of the trade lifecycle, settlements process, and core operational knowledge with equities operations environments.

Primary Responsibilities
n
n
- Assist with international trade bookings, settlements, and reporting.
n
- Support processing of international asset transfers,
including securities, bonds, ETFs, and foreign currency.
n
- Help ensure corporate actions, ECM deals, and IPO processes are handled accurately and efficiently.
n
- Contribute to managing client allocations for IPOs, placements, and rights issues.
n
- Support trade bookings for domestic equities for retail and institutional clients.
n
- Assist with transfers, estate processing, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries.
n

Required experience/ knowledge

- Recent graduate with a diploma or degree in finance, business, or a related field.

- 2-3 years' experience or an interest in financial services.

- Good understanding of equities, corporate actions, or trade processes (preferred).
n
- Familiarity with systems like Iress, Netx360, or Agility is a plus but not essential.
n
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
n
