Baxter Transport located in the Southern Riverina town of Berrigan NSW is currently looking to recruit experienced and qualified Diesel Mechanic to join their team. The successful candidate will need to undertake and possess:

n

n
- Maintain, test and repair diesel engines, transmissions, brake systems and Hydraulic systems on trucks, truck trailers and other heavy vehicles
n
- Inspect brake systems, steering mechanisms, transmissions, engines, and other parts of vehicles
n
- Do routine maintenance as per maintenance schedules, such as changing oil, checking batteries, and lubricating equipment and parts on trucks, truck trailers and other heavy vehicles
n




- Undertake inspections, assessments and maintenance on Trucks, truck trailers and other heavy vehicles
n

Skills and Abilities

n

n
- Must have a minimum of 4 years' experience as a qualified Diesel Mechanic
n
- A Cert III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology /Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology or relevant
n

n

Salary range is $70,000 - $85,000pa commensurate with experience. Full time Position available Application opens on 22nd of July 2026 and closes on 22nd of August 2026.
