About the Role

As an NRMA Roadside Assistance, you will provide high-quality roadside assistance and towing services while delivering excellent customer service. You will represent Trio Automotive Group professionally and ensure customer safety and satisfaction at all times.

Key responsibilities

n

n
- Attending roadside assistance jobs including flat tyres, lockouts, battery replacements and jump starts
n
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of allocated work vehicles
n
- Using tablets and computer systems for job records and training
n
- Providing professional and friendly customer service
n

Skills & Experience

- Current open car licence (Essential)
n
- Sound knowledge of motor vehicles

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Computer literate and confident using smart tablets

- Physically fit and capable of manual tasks

- Strong work ethic and customer-focused attitude
n
- Ability to work rotating on-call nights and weekends as part of a shared team roster
