The Role
n
n
- Assist with production tasks within the powder coating process under supervision
n
- Work across designated areas including loading/unloading, casing, or carousel operations
n
- Follow instructions from the Lead Operator while maintaining strict safety standards
n
- Undertake ongoing training across multiple areas to develop a broad skill set
n
- Maintain consistent productivity to meet plant KPIs and production targets
n
- Perform duties requiring prolonged standing and physical activity
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
n
n
- Good physical fitness, with the ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual handling tasks
n
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and contribute to a secure work environment
n
- Effective organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
n
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
n
- Previous powder coating experience (advantageous, though not essential)
n
