As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our leadership team and work directly with the Director to help scale the business.

n

About the Role

n

This is a hands-on leadership role that combines office-based management with regular field involvement.

n

You'll be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the business while working closely with our Sales, Administration and Installation teams.

n

You'll also spend time visiting customer sites, supporting assessments, working with installers and ensuring every project is delivered to the highest standard.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Operations

n

Lead the day-to-day operations of the business.

n

Manage Air Conditioning, Heat Pump Hot Water, Solar and Battery projects.

n

Ensure jobs progress smoothly from enquiry through to installation and completion.

n

Improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

n

Build and improve systems, processes and workflows.

n

Ensure CRM records and job pipelines are maintained accurately.

n

Leadership

n

Lead,



mentor and support the Sales, Administration and Operations teams.

n

Manage installers, subcontractors and field staff.

n

Recruit and onboard new installation partners.

n

Hold team members accountable to KPIs and performance standards.

n

Drive a culture of ownership, accountability and continuous improvement.

n

Field Leadership

n

Conduct customer site assessments where required.

n

Visit installation sites to support quality, troubleshoot issues and ensure projects run smoothly.

n

Support the Sales Team with technical guidance and larger customer opportunities.

n

Build strong relationships with customers, installers, suppliers and business partners.

n

Lead by example and remain actively involved in field operations when required.

n

Business Growth

n

Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, efficiency and profitability.

n

Implement new systems and operational improvements.

n

Work closely with the Director on business planning and future growth initiatives.

n

About You

n

We're looking for someone who:

n

Has previous experience as an Operations Manager, Service Manager or similar leadership role.

n

Has experience managing field service teams, installers and subcontractors.

n

Has experience within the HVAC, Air Conditioning, Heat Pump Hot Water, Solar, Battery, Electrical, Plumbing or Home Services industry.

n

Has a strong technical understanding of residential installations.

n





Is confident conducting customer assessments and supporting the sales process when required.

n

Has excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.

n

Is highly organised with exceptional follow-up and accountability.

n

Enjoys solving problems and improving systems.

n

Leads by example and takes ownership without waiting to be directed.

n

Wants to build a business—not simply manage day-to-day operations.

n

Previous Operations Management or Service Management experience.

n

Experience managing field service teams and subcontractors.

n

Strong CRM and workflow management experience.

n

Current Australian Driver Licence.

n

Full Australian working rights.
