About the role:

The Residential Support Supervisor position is a casual role with shifts varying throughout the week. This position is based out of our Caloundra House facility. We are looking for a candidate that is comfortable working predominantly sleepover shifts.

n

As Residential Support Supervisor, responsibilities:

n

you will be responsible for the support and provision of services for all residents with varying needs and levels of support requirements.

n

Some duties include:

n

- Welfare checks
n
- Preparing and organising breakfast/lunch/dinner for residents
n
- Administering medication
n
- Documenting any and all notes for handover purposes
n
- Dealing with high pressure & emergency situations
n
- Supporting 20‐30 residents with any assistance they require
n
- Cleaning and maintaining high levels of hygiene in all areas
n

About you:

n
- Comfortable working within a level III Supported Accommodation environment
n
- Previous experience working in a fast‐paced environment
n




- Current first aid certificate or ability to obtain
n
- Experience in working with people coming from different backgrounds and lifestyle challenges
n
- Current national police clearance certificate or yellow card (or ability to obtain)
n
- Must be able to work sleepover shifts
n
