About the Role

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of technology projects across the Data & Information Management portfolio. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, architects, change managers and technical teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of technology projects within the Data & Information Management portfolio.
n
- Lead projects using both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
n
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support Agile delivery practices.
n
- Work collaboratively with Solution Architects, Change Managers and technical delivery teams.
n
- Manage project governance, reporting, risks, budgets and stakeholder communications.
n
- Coordinate project delivery across multiple operational sites.
n
- Ensure project outcomes align with business objectives and strategic priorities.
n
- Support the delivery of future Artificial Intelligence initiatives as the portfolio grows.

Experience required

n

n




- 5+ years' experience delivering ICT projects within large organisations.
n
- Strong experience delivering Data & Information Management projects.
n
- Proven ability to manage projects valued up to approximately $3 million.
n
- Experience delivering projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
n
- Demonstrated experience leading Scrum ceremonies.
n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
n
- Robust governance, planning and risk management capability.
n
- The ability to work autonomously while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
n

Highly Regarded

n

n
- Experience with Microsoft PMO 365.
n
- Knowledge of Information Management governance, records management and regulatory controls.
n
- Exposure to Artificial Intelligence initiatives.
n
- Experience within the energy or utilities sector is advantageous, however candidates from other industries with strong Data & Information Management experience are encouraged to apply.
