The Role

n

Key responsibilities include chronic disease management, patient education, immunisations, triage, and wound care.

n

Day:Every Friday
n Hours:8:30 am– 4:00 pm
n Employment:Permanent Part time

n

There is also the opportunity to work additional days providing cover for annual leave or sick leave.

n

Criteria :

- Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills

- A compassionate,professional, and patient-focused approach

- The ability towork independently whilebeing a valuedmember of ourteam
n
- Current working with Children Check
n
- Previous General Practicenursing experience (desirablebut not essential)
