We are currently seeking a passionatePractice Nurse – Endorsed Enrolled Nurse to join our dedicated team at our Mordialloc Medical Centre.

- Location: Mordialloc

- Role Type: Fixed Term Contract until March 2027, Full Time
n

About the Role

n

In this role, you will work closely with General Practitioners and the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care. You will support a range of clinical and preventative health services, contributing to improved patient outcomes and an exceptional patient experience.

n

GP experience is essential for this position.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Provide safe, high-quality nursing care in a general practice setting
n
- Assist with clinical procedures, treatments and patient care
n
- Support chronic disease management, care plans and health assessments
n
- Deliver preventative health initiatives and patient education
n
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
n
- Utilise recall and reminder systems to support best practice care
n
- Work collaboratively with GPs and healthcare professionals
n
- Contribute to quality improvement and accreditation activities
n

n

About You

n

You are a motivated and compassionate nurse who thrives in a quick-paced general practice environment and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

n

You will also have:

n

n
- Diploma of Nursing
n
- Current AHPRA registration as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse
n
- Essential: Demonstrated experience working in General Practice
n




- Strong knowledge of infection control, clinical procedures and Medicare billing
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
n
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
n
- A commitment to continuous improvement and high-quality care
n
