About the role:

As aPersonal Careryou'll provide care to your clients living in the community, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life.

n

- Spending your time on the road completing scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients within their homes supporting with daily activities
n
- In home personal care,



daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry and ironing
n
- Providing care in accordance with their individualised Care Plan
n
- Supporting with community based recreational and social activities
n
- Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments.
