We're excited to share that Chemist Warehouse & Ultra Beauty are opening a brand-new combined store in Joondalup in mid-September 2026!

n

We're looking for enthusiastic Retail Pharmacy Assistants, Beauty Advisors & Fragrance Specialists to join us on a full time & part time basis at our recent store - perfect if you want to earn, learn, and be part of the Chemist Warehouse team during this exciting current adventure!

n

The Opportunity:

n

Ideally, we are seeking a diverse range of candidates to cover shift availability across the store's opening hours (day shifts, evening shifts, weekend shifts, extended trading hours and public holidays – full time hours across all shifts & part-time hours of approx. 12-20 per week)

n

What's a day in the life like?

n

As part of our team, you'll be warmly welcoming customers, helping them find what they need, and keeping our store looking presentable!

n

You'll also:

n

n
- Assist customers with their questions and provide exceptional customer service
n
- Keep shelves stocked and displays neat and eye-catching
n
- Help set up exciting promotional displays and ensure ticketing is displayed accurately
n

n

For our Ultra Beauty team members, you'll also:

n

n




- Provide personalised beauty and fragrance recommendations
n
- Assist customers with skincare, cosmetics and fragrance selections
n
- Share your passion for beauty products and trends
n
- Create engaging customer experiences within the beauty department
n

Who are we looking for?

- Have experience in customer-facing roles in retail, hospitality, beauty, sales or similar environments with demonstrated skills in delivering exceptional customer service

- Work well independently as well as part of a team

- Possess excellent communication skills and a positive attitude

- Are reliable, organised, and eager to learn

- Have a passion for helping customers and creating memorable shopping experiences
