Job Description

Davidson, a leading Australian beef processing and manufacturing organisation, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with operational leaders, solve complex people challenges and shape the future of HR.

In this hands-on role you'll focus on industrial relations, performance management, workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding and helping implement a current HRIS across a 1,100+ workforce at Cannon Hill. This is an onsite, full‐time opportunity in Brisbane.
