About the company/role:

Our Sydney office is currently recruiting for a Laboratory Technician to join a well-known alcoholic and carbonated beverage company based in Western Sydney. This is a full-time, casual, afternoon shift role for at least 6-months. The role reports directly to the Manufacturing Manager and works closely with Quality team members.

Duties:

n

n
- Chemical testing of beverage samples (pH, brix, de-gas, titrates, acids)
n
- Implementation and delivery of training programs
n
- Data collection of laboratory results
n
- Validation of QC testing across the site
n
- Packaging testing
n

n

Skills/experience:

n

n
- Tertiary qualifications in Food Science or a related discipline
n
- Experience working in a food/ beverage manufacturing laboratory is essential
n
- Beverage testing experience is highly regarded
n
- Ability to roll and training programs and strong people skills
n
- Excellent attention to detail when collecting and interpreting data
n
