About the opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to join our NEW STORE in Tweed Heads.

n

In this role, you will be responsible for the Management of the retail store, while leading the team to deliver a high standard of service.

n

Responsibilities

- Lead, support and motivate your retail team
n
- Ensure your store rosters are planned effectively
n
- Work with L&D; on training and upskilling your team with the latest brand and product knowledge
n
- Oversee the store salon operation
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you have

n

n
- Previous experience managing an A grade retail store in the hair and or beauty industry
n
- Managed a retail team of 4 or more
n
- Strong customer service skills with great sales results or examples to share!
n
- A naturally organised person who believes a clean, well merchandised store is the key to success
n
- Worked in delivering Loss Prevention KPI's, Visual Merchandising initiatives
n
- Seeking career development in a fun, supportive and growing business
