About The Opportunity

n

The primary purpose of this position is to complete restoration and remediation works while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

n

Reporting directly to the relevant Supervisor, some of your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Preparing and completing job attendance documentation for building and contents claims
n
- Completing make-safe, mitigation, remediation and restoration works
n
- Meeting project deadlines while maintaining quality standards
n
- Completing daily costings, estimates and scopes of works
n
- Ensuring compliance with WHS policies and procedures
n
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
n
- Conducting site inspections and assessments
n




- Participating in an on‐call roster as required
n

About You

n

The successful candidate will have:

n

n
- Experience within the restoration, cleaning, or detailing industry
n
- Minimum 3–5 years' restoration industry experience (for Senior Technicians)
n
- IICRC qualifications in Water, Mould and Fire restoration (for Senior Technicians)
n
- Ability to work collaboratively with Estimators, Supervisors, Loss Adjusters, Assessors and Specialists
n
- Extensive experience completing site documentation, estimates and costings
n
- Experience using mobile applications and completing job documentation
n
- Robust computer literacy, including email and internet skills
n
- Strong customer service and communication skills
n
- Strong stakeholder management and issue resolution skills
n
- Construction White Card (or willingness to obtain)
n
- Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
n
- A high level of physical fitness
n
- Current Driver's Licence
n

Don't have restoration experience? No problem.

n

We're also open to applicants with a background in demolition or construction labouring. If you've got a strong work ethic and hands-on experience on building sites, we'd love to hear from you — we'll train you up on the restoration side.
