Position Overview

n

With continued growth, we're looking for a High‐Risk Trainer/Assessor to join our team.

n

This role is based at our Coopers Plains training facility and involves delivering training for a range of nationally recognised courses, including the following units:

n

TLILIC0003 - Forklift and TLILIC0004 - Order Picker

n

TLILIC0005 - EWP over 11m and RIIHAN301E - EWP under 11m

n

RIIWHS204E - WAH, RIIWHS202E - CS, MSMWHS217 - GT

n

CPCCWHS2001 - White Card

n

HLTAID009-012 - First Aid

n

CPCCLSF2001-4001 - Scaffolding Basic to Advanced

n

CPCCDE3016 - Demolition

n

TLILIC0016 - Bridge/Gantry Crane

n

11084NAT and 10830NAT - Asbestos and Silica

n

PUAFER005 and PUAFER008 - Emergency Response

n

UETDRM007 - Low Voltage Rescue

n

UEERL0003 - Test and Tag

n

RIIMPO318F and RIIMPO320F - Civil Construction

Key Responsibilities

n

Ensure all training meets industry standards, safety regulations, and RTO compliance requirements.

n





Maintain accurate and up‐to‐date training records and documentation.

n

Keep current with industry trends, equipment updates, and best practices.

n

Travel to client sites as required, including occasional work away from home.

n

Requirements

n

Hold a minimum of one of the qualifications listed above

n

TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).

n

High Risk Work Licence

n

Holding an HRW Accredited Assessor Card is HIGHLY regarded

n

Demonstrated industry experience and the ability to provide currency.

n

Experience in delivering courses in training environment

n

Willingness to travel as required.

n

Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
