POSITION TITLE: Merchandiser

Pay Rate: $34.76 per hour

Work Days: Between Monday - Friday

Location: Bathurst, NSW

PURPOSE

n

To effectively achieve the highest merchandising standards within all departments represented by our products in all listed retail stores within your territory.

n

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

n

n
- To actively build and manage positive business relationships with all listed retail stores in your territory.
n
- To ensure effective action upon all business development and merchandising opportunities.
n
- To ensure effective management of the Brand KPI's on a store-by-store basis.
n
- Ensure that you comply with all retail industry & OH&S; and company procedures.
n
- Ensure your activities comply with relevant acts, legal demands and ethical standards.

PRIMARY DUTIES

n

n
- To ensure all stores in your territory receive a quality structured merchandiser call.
n
- Ensure all listed brand products are merchandised to the highest standard in all stores. i.e. F&B; swing tags with price labels on all products, recent models displayed, and general housekeeping duties (dusting & cleaning off tools) is carried out to maintain first class presentation in stores.
n
- Face up all stocks in all aisles to ensure they are visible to the customers.
n




- Ensure nil 'on shelf' out of stocks.
n
- Provide feedback that identifies opportunities for our Company to always improve its quality in service to customers so that we provide the best service possible.
n
- Work as a harmonious team player focusing on the best interest of the company and ensuring that overall organisational objectives are achieved
n
- Liaising with relevant store Area Manager to ensure all objectives are being achieved.
n
- Performing Ad-hoc duties as requested by management.
n

STANDARD REPORTING

n

n
- Provide feedback on outcomes by store, including call objectives and necessary required actions to nominated Manager personnel.
n
