Elle J Hair is seeking an exceptional Salon Coordinator & Marketing Manager to become an integral part of our award-nominated salon on Sydney's beautiful Northern Beaches.

This is far more than a reception role. You'll become the heart of our salon – overseeing the daily operations, creating exceptional client experiences, supporting our talented team and driving our marketing and social media presence.

About the Role

n

This is a varied leadership position where you'll oversee the smooth day-to-day operation of the salon while helping drive our marketing, client engagement and business growth.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Coordinating the daily operations of the salon.
n
- Delivering great customer service and client experiences.
n
- Greeting every client warmly and professionally.
n
- Answering telephone enquiries and responding promptly to client communications.
n
- Managing appointments, online bookings and the salon diary.
n
- Supporting front-of-house operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
n
- Assisting the salon owner and team with administration and organization.
n




- Creating engaging social media content across Instagram and Facebook.
n
- Designing eye-catching marketing material using Canva.
n
- Planning promotions, campaigns and client events.
n
- Assisting with email marketing and client communications.
n
- Building strong client relationships and encouraging repeat business.
n
- Contributing fresh ideas to continue growing the salon and strengthening our brand.
n

About You

n

You'll be a positive, organised and motivated professional who enjoys juggling a variety of responsibilities while delivering exceptional customer service.

Ideally, you'll bring:

- Previous experience in a salon, premium retail or service-based environment.
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
n
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- A genuine passion for providing exceptional client experiences.Canva experience and an eye for creating engaging content.
n
- Strong administration and computer skills.
n
- A proactive, solutions-focused attitude.
n
- The ability to multitask while remaining calm and professional.
n
- Initiative, creativity and a willingness to contribute current ideas.

A hairdressing background isn't essential; however, previous experience within a hairdressing salon or premium service-based business will be highly regarded.
