We're expanding our Online Faculty and seeking Trainer Assessors to join our state-of-the-art Brisbane Head Office. These roles focus on E-Learning and Virtual delivery, supporting students across nationally recognised qualifications.

We are seeking Full Time Virtual and E-Learning Trainer Assessors to join our team based at our Head Office in Murarrie. This role also offers hybrid and remote working arrangements for the right candidates.

What you'll do

n

- Support students to succeed while maintaining high standards of training and assessment
n
- Deliver and assess online and/or virtual training, ensuring assessments are marked promptly
n
- Engage and motivate students via phone, Moodle messaging, webinars, and email
n
- Monitor student progress and encourage timely completion within expected enrolment durations
n
- Maintain accurate records and file notes within the LMS
n




- Participate in moderation and validation activities
n
- Maintain vocational competency and compliance with Pinnacle's standards and policies
n

What you'll bring

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
- A genuine passion for helping students succeed
n
- Strong teamwork and time‐management skills
n
- Confidence with digital tools and online systems
n
- Flexibility and willingness to learn in a fast‐paced environment
n
- TAE40116 or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
n
- Vocational competencies in the areas you teach and assess
n
- Currency and experience within your subject area
n
- Prior experience with e‐learning or virtual delivery (highly regarded)
n
