What You'll Be Doing

You won't just be ticking boxes. You'll be the engine room of our sites, ensuring our 30-year reputation for excellence is upheld across:

Diverse Projects: Managing everything from bespoke single dwellings to 2–30 unit townhouse developments.

n

Trade Management: Leading and coordinating our loyal base of local sub-contractors.

n

Quality & Safety: Maintaining rigorous standards of workmanship and OHS compliance.

n

Programming: Staying ahead of the schedule, identifying roadblocks before they happen, and keeping projects on track.

n

Client Liaison: Providing skilled updates to stakeholders and ensuring the handover experience is seamless.

What We're Looking For

Residential Expertise: You have a solid track record in residential construction, specifically with multi-unit developments (townhouses/villas).

n

Technical Knowledge: You have "dirt under the fingernails" experience—you understand the bones of a building and can solve technical issues on the fly.

n

Leadership: You know how to motivate trades, manage personalities, and keep a site disciplined but fair.

n

Local Pride: You live in or near the Illawarra and take pride in seeing your work shape the local landscape.

n

Qualifications: A trade background (Carpentry preferred) and a current Supervisor Certificate or Builder's License.
